This role will undo lockouts, jump-start batteries, tire services, tow local and long distances, remove vehicles from wreck scenes, and more. Customer satisfaction and damage-free service are critical to our success. With our training, you will outshine others in the industry, leveraging the latest advancements in equipment to ensure we deliver the best quality job in the most efficient way.
Any candidates are expected to conduct on-the-job training during 1st and 2nd shifts. Training time depends entirely on the individual and will occur daily at 1834 Carneal Lane, Oak Grove, KY.

Three years of commercial driving experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Clean drug test and clean background check
- Reliable work habits and ability to work as part of a team
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must pass a DOT physical and lift equipment and material over 70lbs.
- Provide a "totally satisfied" level of customer service
- Flexibility to work odd hours, holidays, or weekends as needed to serve the public
- Maintain clean trucks, equipment, and appearance
- Ability to interact with customers over the phone
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in high-stress situations

Working with our dispatch team, this role services lockouts, batteries, jump starts, tire services, fuel delivery, and more. Customer satisfaction and damage-free service are critical to our success. With our training, you will outshine others in the industry, leveraging the latest advancements in equipment to ensure we deliver the best quality job in the most efficient way.

There are two positions available: one 3rd shift and one swing shift.
Our dispatchers handle calls from various customers, coordinating with a team of drivers to carry out our services. We believe every person and job are equally important. Whether the job is big or small, our team gives the same level of attention and care. The role requires gathering information from callers quickly and accurately, staying in constant communication with callers to ensure their safety and quality of service.
